Hybrid application
We were appointed in 2020 to prepare and submit an outline planning application for residential development in the village of Arkendale, North Yorkshire.
The hybrid application combined a full application for the sub-division of a large existing dwelling into two dwellings and the conversion of an annexe into a self-contained dwelling with an outline application for 5 dwellings.
The application is due to be determined soon.
