Care Home
In 2020 we were engaged to submit a retrospective planning application for a residential care home at Jewison Lane, Sewerby.
The principle of a residential care home development on the site had already been established in 2009 for a 47-bed residential care home. Building works had commenced the application sought to regularise design changes to the original consented scheme.
We were really pleased to secure consent in autumn 2020.
